Due to the recent Canada Post strike and the lack of advance notice, our team is actively working on alternative solutions to minimize disruptions to your orders. While we’re doing everything we can behind the scenes, some orders may still be impacted depending on their shipping status and destination.
Orders not yet shipped:
We’re rerouting shipments through other carriers wherever possible. However, this option isn’t available for PO Boxes or addresses that rely solely on Canada Post. We're also working closely with our shipping partners to ensure they’re not using Canada Post as a last-mile carrier. While we can’t guarantee this in every case, we’re taking proactive steps to avoid it.
Orders already in transit with Canada Post:
If your package is already with Canada Post, we’re unable to reroute or intervene. These orders may experience delays until the strike is resolved.
Future orders:
At this time, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes or areas that depend exclusively on Canada Post. If you choose to place an order to one of these addresses, please note that it will be at your own risk—we won’t be able to take responsibility for delays or undelivered packages caused by the strike.
