UNF stands for Unable to Fulfill. This means that while your order was being processed, the items in your order unfortunately became unavailable. When this happens, your order is automatically canceled and any pre-authorized charge on your card will be released within 3–5 business days.

While this doesn't happen often, we know it's disappointing and we're always working to keep our inventory as up-to-date as possible!
